Cocktail Decorations

This course will train you in fruit and vegetable decorations for garnishing cocktails. These exercises are much more advanced compared to traditional bartender garnishes and much more particular than garnishes taught in other courses at our Academy. By participating in this course you will also be given a knife carving set, free of charge.
